IC DASH participated in the 24th edition of Embedded World, held from March 10 to 12, 2026, in Nuremberg, Germany. This leading international event brings together the key players in the embedded systems ecosystem every year, from semiconductor design to advanced industrial solutions.
On this occasion, IC DASH outlined its role as a European End-to-End Design Acceleration Hub, supported under the EU Chips Act, and demonstrated how its approach accelerates the development of custom integrated circuits, from the concept phase through to the production of silicon ready for industrialisation.
A European platform to accelerate innovation in microelectronics
Bringing together 10 leading industrial and academic partners, IC DASH covers the entire semiconductor value chain. The hub serves as a true one-stop shop for embedded and edge computing projects, combining:
- state-of-the-art design and validation facilities;
- prototyping and emulation capabilities;
- access to European foundries and pilot lines;
- packaging, testing and pre-certification services.
Thanks to this integrated approach, IC DASH facilitates the transformation of a technological idea into an industrial integrated circuit, whilst simplifying access to the critical resources required for chip development.
Supporting European fabless innovators
By supporting startups, SMEs, and fabless companies, IC DASH helps reduce time to market and strengthen the competitiveness of European solutions in the fields of embedded systems and edge computing. IC DASH’s participation in Embedded World 2026 provided an opportunity to engage with industry stakeholders, showcase the hub’s services, and strengthen collaborations within the European semiconductor ecosystem.
